Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Credits stay on your balance until you use them — there is nothing to cancel.
How do I get my credits after paying?
After checkout you land on a confirmation page: enter the email you paid with once, and your credits bind to this browser instantly. Payment is processed by our payment partner; we never see your card details.
What if a generation fails?
The credit is refunded to your balance automatically, right away. You only ever pay for images that were actually generated.
What resolution are HD images?
HD downloads are 1024-pixel PNG files without the preview watermark; free previews are smaller (640px) and watermarked.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Yes — downloads are yours to post and share. Please don't use them to misrepresent real people or events.
